Disaster recovery exercise

Scheduled Disaster Recovery Exercise for CMS.net, CMS Legacy, and AppraisalPort

Cotality will conduct a disaster recovery exercise on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 12:01 AM to 5:00 PM CST, testing failover for CMS.net, CMS Legacy Stand Alone Instances, and AppraisalPort. Users may experience intermittent service disruptions, and any orders or status updates submitted during the window may fail and will not be processed.
