Vendor Profile Sync from AppraisalPort, UAD 3.6 Bulk Vendor Updates, and ROV Review Fixes

Platform Enhancements

  • Vendor Profile Sync Enhancements [APPMOD-3850]: License and E&O documents can now be uploaded and synced from AppraisalPort to CMS. Administrators may configure automatic updates or route them to a "Vendor Changes" queue, and email notifications alert stakeholders about document receipt and processing. Background checks and resumes are coming in future updates.

  • Vendor Forms Provider Field [APPMOD-3850]: A new field tracks which appraisal forms provider software appraisers use, synced automatically from AppraisalPort.

Platform Enhancements (UAD 3.6 Enabled)

  • Vendor Bulk Profile Updates [APPMOD-4591]: New module to support users in making bulk updates to vendor profiles, with options to update all vendors or upload a spreadsheet for targeted updates. Most assignment eligibility criteria are available for bulk modification.

  • ROV Review Fixes [APPMOD-10943, APPMOD-11286]: Corrected attachment delivery to Investigate during ROV Review submissions and resolved event timing issues.

  • UCDP Status Update Postback [APPMOD-11403]: Improved processing of UCDP elements to accurately capture submission status details.

  • UAD 3.6 Error Handling [APPMOD-11294]: Added error handling for sequence numbers exceeding three.

  • Sub Loan Type Field [APPMOD-11005]: Added to order forms for Review-Only orders.

  • Revision Request Formatting [APPMOD-11374]: Rules and comments now display on separate lines in logs.

  • Turn Time Exceptions Update [APPMOD-10454]: Removed the "All-Products" option to prevent unintended system-wide changes.

  • Product Changes [APPMOD-11332, APPMOD-11245]: Fixed the "Propose Change to Product" feature.

  • EGL Version History [APPMOD-11275]: Restored document history display.

  • EPC Parent Document ID [APPMOD-11227]: Corrected document linkage.

  • Advanced Search Filtering [APPMOD-11405]: Fixed processor user role filtering.

  • Vendor Bulk Updates [APPMOD-11042]: Corrected priority ranking.
