UAD 3.6 Bypass Status Fix, Order Log Readability, and Deed File Type Corrections

Platform Enhancements (UAD 3.6 Enabled)

  • Bypass GSE Submission Status [APPMOD-11431]: When a user bypasses the investor submission, the system now correctly sets the Investor Submission sub status to Not Successful.

  • Order Log Readability [APPMOD-11244]: Order log entries now display on separate lines when multiple fields are updated from the Property tab.

  • Date Conversion Fix [APPMOD-11478]: UTC dates from Investigate now convert and display with accuracy.

Issue Resolutions

  • Dashboard Filtering [APPMOD-11398]: Fixed product selection filtering in the Open Orders by Product chart.

  • Deed File Type [APPMOD-11416]: File type selection for deeds now retains original designation instead of converting to "Other Documents."

  • Score Decimal Values [APPMOD-11474]: LCA and CU scores with decimals now save properly on UAD 3.6 orders.

Looking Ahead

Four upcoming features are in development: Investigate Review Data integration, Reviewer Assignment capabilities, Auto-Refreshing Dashboard, and UCDP Submission Enhancements with automatic retry logic.
