Investigate Review Data to LOS, EGL Instruction Sequencing Fix, and Dashboard Tile Accuracy (UAT)

Platform Enhancements (UAD 3.6 Enabled)

Investigate Review Data Sent to LOS [APPMOD-11321, APPMOD-11322, APPMOD-11523] The system can now receive, store, and send review data from Investigate findings to the LOS. Review disposition and checklist information flow through the CMS-Investigate integration for UAD 3.6 orders while maintaining existing legacy workflows.

Issue Resolutions

• EGL Instruction Sequencing Fix [APPMOD-11628]: An issue preventing all instruction sequences from appearing in Engagement Letter PDFs has been corrected. Instructions now display in proper priority order.

• Dashboard Tile Count and Export Accuracy [APPMOD-11655]: Fixed discrepancies between dashboard tile counts and advanced search results for My Orders tiles (Total Open, Past Due, Require Follow-up, Assigned Tasks). Export results now match search results accurately.
