Refreshed Vendor Profiles Launch to UAT with Expanded U.S. Territory Support

This UAT release introduces refreshed Vendor Profiles with a modernized design, rolling out to UAT on 9/29, all clients on 10/13, and production on 11/8, and expands full workflow support to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
