Update to 2025 Release and Maintenance Calendar

Cotality published an updated calendar covering three types of scheduled events for CMS.net:

• UAT Release: preliminary testing environment access, 3:00–6:00 a.m. CST

• Production Release: live application access, 5:00–10:00 a.m. CST

• Repave/Maintenance: system maintenance, 12:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m. CST

Release Schedule

A comprehensive schedule outlines UAT/SIT and Production release dates throughout 2025, spanning from January (01/14 UAT, 01/21 Production) through November (10/27 UAT, 11/08 Production).

Repave/Maintenance Schedule

Additional maintenance windows are scheduled for both the UAT and Production environments, with several dates highlighted from September through December 2025.

CoreLogic Holiday Schedule

Ten observed holidays are documented, including New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
