Platform Enhancements

Vendor Profiles

  • Refreshed interface with a modernized design available on UAT

  • Replaces all previous versions; prior versions no longer supported

  • Activation dates: UAT (9/29/2025), All clients (10/13/2025), Production (11/08/2025)

  • Resource documentation available at the Valuation Modernization Resource Hub

Administration – Preferences – New Coverage Area

  • Administrative configuration for the new Coverage Area will be removed once Vendor Profiles activate

New Message Count Indicator [APPMOD-5490]

  • The order workspace now displays a count of new messages near the "Log and Message" tab label, excluding system messages

Font Update in Administration Preferences [APPMOD-6849]

  • Font styling standardized across five tabs in the Administration–Preferences section

Product Maintenance Label Change [APPMOD-6945]

  • "Service ID" column renamed to "Code"

  • "Service" column renamed to "Product"

Expanded U.S. Territory Support [JJWR-3715]

  • Platform now supports complete workflows for American Samoa (AS), Guam (GU), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Puerto Rico (PR), and U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)

  • Updates include Create Order Manual, API, Bulk Order, Commercial Order processes, and Fee/Price Plans

User Experience Improvements

AIR Cert Update – Include Unit No. [CLCTUTD-17443]

  • Appraisal Independence Compliance Letter automatically includes unit numbers in subject property addresses when available

Issue Resolutions

  • Correct Time Display on Inspection Dates [CLCTUTD-17438]: Inspection dates now reflect the client's local timezone

  • Revision Count Handling in CMSBI [CLCTUTD-17330]: Corrected revision count reporting

  • FHA Validation Status Displays as Blank [CLCTUTD-15653]: Fixed BI report display for Non-FHA status

  • Improve Payment Form and Error Handling [CLCTUTD-13230]: Limited name field to 80 characters

  • CMS System Security Maintenance [CLCTUTD-16613, -14783, -14782, -14779, -14777, -14776, -14773]: Regular security updates

  • Vendor Exception Fees [APPMOD-6908]: New vendor exception fee records now display properly

AppraisalPort Enhancements

Order Summary Updates [APPMOD-4305, APPMOD-4307]

  • Order Attributes data added to summary section

  • Field labels always displayed for consistency

  • "Service" label updated to "Product"

Updated Menu Options [APPMOD-4354, APPMOD-4306]

  • Replaced Data Express link with Property Snapshot and Google Maps buttons

  • Property Snapshot provides a comprehensive summary of key property characteristics

  • Engagement Letter button more visible in Order and List Views
