Automated Collateral Review, Encrypted EIN Support, and EPC Order ID Enhancements (UAT)

This UAT release introduces an optional Automated Collateral Review document, adds encrypted EIN support to order creation, and includes the EPC Transaction ID and Digital Gateway Order ID in Encompass Send Order requests. It also renames several Service labels to Product across dashboards, rules, and configuration screens, and resolves multiple message-count, document-delivery, and BI-reporting issues.

Expanded U.S. Territory Support, Refreshed Vendor Profiles, and New Message Count Indicator

This production release expands CMS and AppraisalPort workflows to fully support U.S. territories, adds a new message-count indicator to the order workspace, and resolves several BI reporting, payment form, and inspection date-display issues. It also previews refreshed Vendor Profiles activating for all UAT clients on October 13 and production on November 8, 2025.

Unscheduled UAT Maintenance to Address CDG API Call Defect

Cotality ran an unscheduled UAT maintenance event for CMS.net on October 1, 2025 at 1:00 PM Central Time to address a defect causing a critical API call to CDG to fail, with an estimated 30 minutes of downtime. Users may have briefly seen a "Service Temporarily Unavailable" message before normal function automatically resumed.

Refreshed Vendor Profiles Launch to UAT with Expanded U.S. Territory Support

This UAT release introduces refreshed Vendor Profiles with a modernized design, rolling out to UAT on 9/29, all clients on 10/13, and production on 11/8, and expands full workflow support to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. It also adds a new message-count indicator to the order workspace and resolves several inspection-date, BI reporting, and payment form issues.
