Vendor Profile Modernization, EIN Field, and EPC Transaction ID Support

Platform Enhancements

Vendor Profiles [APPMOD-4029, APPMOD-1962] The Vendor Profile module received a modernized interface with expanded functionality, replacing all previous versions. Documentation is available via the Valuation Modernization Resource Hub for existing clients.

Message Access Rules Label [APPMOD-4468] Service-related labels have been renamed to Product across:

  • "Service" dropdown now labeled "Product" in Add New Message Access Control Rule

  • Column header changed from "Service" to "Product"

  • "View Services" button renamed to "View Products"

Dashboard Updates [APPMOD-5843] Three dashboards (My Orders, My Group Orders, All Orders) now emphasize orders requiring attention:

  • "Open Orders by Service" renamed to "Open Orders by Product"

  • "Open Orders By Exception Status" renamed to "Needs Attention"

  • These two queues now appear at the top of dashboards

Automated Action Button Placements [APPMOD-7220] Administrative configuration updates include right-aligned buttons and "Service" labels changed to "Product" on the rules table.

Vendor SLA Configuration Label Update [APPMOD-7220] On the Users > Vendors menu SLA Configuration tab, "Service" labels converted to "Product."

Feature Additions

Automated Collateral Review [CLCTUTD-16067] Optional feature generates documentation with order and loan details when the system automatically approves orders based on Review Tier and GSE Risk Classification. Enable via Administration | Preferences | Workflow Options.

Employer Identification Number Field [RRJJWR-3485] New encrypted EIN field supports Create Order API, Update Loan Information API, Create Order, and Bulk Order Creation. Hidden by default; can be enabled in Administration > Preferences. Data reportable via "Secure Loan Data" in CMS BI.

EPC Transaction and Digital Gateway IDs [JJWR-4228] For Encompass (EPC) integrations with NotifyOrderCreation enabled, SendOrder API requests now include EPC Transaction ID and Digital Gateway Order ID.

User Experience Improvements

Government Case Number Button [CLCTUTD-15141] The "Modify" button was renamed "Apply Format" to clarify its function of applying FHA formatting rules.

Issue Resolutions

Unread Message Count [CLCTUTD-9934] Fixed inconsistent updates to the 'New Messages' count on the CMS Order Dashboard after marking messages as read.

Document Delivery Setting [CLCTUTD-11616] Resolved dropdown malfunction; documents now deliver successfully to borrowers when enabled.

Custom Turn Time Logic [CLCTUTD-10412] API order creation now accurately calculates turn times aligned with lender-specific requirements.

FHA Validation Status in BI Report [CLCTUTD-15653] Fixed blank display issue in "Provider Profiles – License Details" report, now correctly showing 'Non-FHA' values.

Fee Increase Date Accuracy [CLCTUTD-11849] Additional charges now reflect accurate creation dates in BI reporting.

Internal Updates

AppraisalPort and TitlePort Help Videos [CLCTUTD-17295] Help section videos migrated to new hosting account following previous account expiration.

AppraisalPort Enhancements

Order Attributes Display [APPMOD-7321] Order Attributes temporarily hidden from AppraisalPort users to address unexpected issues; visibility expected to restore by next UAT and production release.
