It also resolves seven issues affecting GAAR Viewer rendering, Order Summary visibility, Rent Schedule saves, and order update notifications.

Cotality is reestablishing monthly ZIP code, county, and city data updates, adding 57 new ZIP codes and retiring 196 obsolete ones through December 2025. The update is available now on UAT ahead of a March 14, 2026 production deployment.

UAT Maintenance Window Affecting CMS.net, Mercury Network, and Appraisal Scope

Cotality Valuation Services will perform UAT maintenance on January 20, 2026 from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM CST, affecting CMS.net, CMS Stand Alone, Mercury Network, and Appraisal Scope. Downtime is expected across Valuation Modernization and Standard Services throughout the window.

Production Hotfix: Order Update Banner Notification Fix Across Port Applications

This production hotfix resolves an issue where AppraisalPort, TitlePort, and InspectionPort displayed non-specific order update banner notifications. API-based communications were unaffected, and no action is required from users.
