UAD 3.6 Goes Live in Production with Profile Renaming and New Order Enhancements

Overview

The production release introduced updates supporting the transition to the Uniform Appraisal Data (UAD) 3.6 standard, with automatic profile updates scheduled for January 19, 2026.

Key Dates

• January 10, 2026: UAD 3.6 features launch on AppraisalPort production

• January 14, 2026: Deadline to opt out of automatic updates

• January 19, 2026: Automatic profile updates applied

• January 26, 2026: UAD 3.6 features go live on CMS

Major Changes

Profile Updates

• "Services" menu renamed to "Products"

• "Service Schedules" page now called "Product Schedules"

• Users can add both legacy forms and UAD 3.6 products

New Features

• Account notification reminding users to update profiles for UAD 3.6 coverage

• Auto-response rules configured for UAD 3.6 products

• RFP Bid Form field labels updated from "Service/Service Type" to "Product"

• New account creation wizard supports both legacy and UAD 3.6 products

UAD 3.6 Order Enhancements

• Order Summary now displays Construction Method Type, Land Owned in Common, Living Unit/ADU counts, PUD Indicator, and Rent Schedule Indicator

• New property details collaboration feature enabling service providers to submit discovered property changes for lender approval

• Modernized Engagement Letter format (applies to all orders)

Action Required

Users who do not want automatic UAD 3.6 product activation must opt out by January 14, 2026. Manual configuration is available afterward via AppraisalPort profile settings.
