Important Notice: Upcoming Transaction Fee & Billing Updates
The company distributed notification on January 28, 2026 regarding provider-paid transaction fee increases and billing changes effective April 1, 2026. Providers without notice should contact the Customer Experience team.
Platform Enhancements
New User Guide Articles and Help Tool (APPMOD-6706) Documentation is being migrated to a new searchable format. Users can access an updated help guide widget in AppraisalPort's bottom-right corner, with both new documentation and existing video resources available.
Legacy Form Indicator (APPMOD-7804) A visual Legacy Form badge now appears on legacy orders to distinguish them from UAD 3.6 standard orders.
Update Sub-loan Type (APPMOD-8563) Fixed an issue where Sub-loan Type field data wasn't publishing from CMS to AppraisalPort on UAD 3.6 orders.
AppraisalPort Integration Updates for On Hold Requests (APPMOD-8303, APPMOD-8130, APPMOD-8129) On Hold requests are now rejected when orders are already on hold (with the message "Cannot request order to be placed on hold while the order is already on hold") or pending Property Details Collaboration decisions.
