Important Update: Order Update Banner Notifications

What Happened

Automated banner notifications in Port applications (AppraisalPort, TitlePort, and InspectionPort) were appearing whenever an order was updated, but the alerts lacked specific order details. This behavior impacted all users on the AppraisalPort webpage; however, API-based communications were not impacted.

Our Solution

A fix has been implemented to stop the additional, non-specific notifications from appearing, restoring the interface to normal operation.
