Vendor Profile Sync: License Verification

New capability enabling CMS to verify license updates through ASC.gov. Users can review and approve changes for vendor profiles, with rejection options that allow comments explaining the reason.

Accept All Updates in Vendor Profile Sync

New button permitting clients to approve all Service Provider-submitted changes simultaneously, reducing approval steps.

  • Correct Encoding of Special Characters in Comments — Resolved improper encoding of special characters (" ' < > &) in CMS.NET comments.

  • State Validation for Zip Codes in Appraisal Port Profile — Added validation ensuring zip codes correspond to selected states in appraiser profiles.

  • Missing XPaths in PDF Templates for ENV 2.0 — Fixed ENV file processing failures in PDF conversion via the ENV Service 2.0 API.

  • Updated Tool Tip Verbiage for Invoice Details in File Upload UI — Changed guidance text from "Your Lender has requested..." to "If available, please provide..."

  • Prevent Trace Log Overwrite in Document Delivery Process — Ensured Trace logs remain accessible following document delivery failures.

  • GAAR Worksheet Fails to Open (Yikes Error) — Corrected errors when opening the GAAR Worksheet for specific cancelled service orders.
