10:00 PM – 3:30 AM CST: System remained operational; users should have anticipated periodic performance degradation.
3:30 AM – 6:00 AM CST: Complete unavailability; active users were logged out and login attempts redirected to a maintenance notice.
6:00 AM CST: Full service restoration.
