This November 6, 2026 Collateral Investigate UAT release introduces new controls for Reconciliation, assignment logic, Get Next prioritization, and reviewer capacity. It also improves revision requests, application performance, assignment visibility, checklists, and finalization, along with fixes across tiers, contacts, artifacts, and the Audit log.

What's new

Reconciliation workflow control  APPMOD-12208

  • A new organization-level setting allows clients to enable or disable the Reconciliation workflow. When Reconciliation is disabled, new orders cannot enter the workflow, while reconciliations already in progress can still be completed. The setting defaults to enabled to preserve existing behavior.

Force required assignment logic APPMOD-12664

  • A new Force required option has been added to the Findings tab of tier configuration. When enabled, at least one of the configured rules or severities must fire for the order to be eligible for that tier. This gives clients additional control over rule-based tier assignment.

Get Next Priority APPMOD-12666

  • A new Get Next Priority order flag allows authorized users to prioritize specific orders for Get Next. Flagged orders are considered before other eligible orders while still respecting normal reviewer-matching requirements. When multiple orders are flagged, the order flagged first receives priority.

Simplified reviewer capacity settings APPMOD-12530

  • Reviewer capacity configuration has been simplified. Minimum order capacity is no longer displayed when managing user profiles and defaults to zero, allowing organizations to focus on setting the reviewer’s maximum order capacity.

What's changed/improved

Expanded PDF-only order support APPMOD-12170, APPMOD-12257, APPMOD-12667

  • PDF-only order handling has been expanded across Investigate. PDF orders can proceed through ROV, Reconciliation, and Revision workflows like regular supported orders. UPDATEORDER processing has also been updated so PDF-only orders do not require property type or valuation type values.

Complete Orders and Order Queue exports APPMOD-12528

  • Exports from Orders and Order Queue now include the complete list rather than only the records currently displayed on screen. The export also includes the available list columns, including Tier.

Assignment dropdown improvements APPMOD-12532

  • Assignment dropdowns have been improved to better align with their controls and prevent scrollbars from obscuring option text.

Consistent dropdown sorting APPMOD-12533

  • Dropdown options across Investigate are now sorted alphanumerically where the shared dropdown component is used, providing a more consistent selection experience.

Assignment configuration validation APPMOD-12543

  • Checkbox selections within Assignment logic now update form validation more consistently. Required and “If any” selections now produce consistent behavior when determining whether the configuration can be saved.

Rich-text usability APPMOD-12536

  • The clickable area used to activate rich-text fields has been expanded, making it easier to place the cursor and begin entering text.

Improved outbound rich-text formatting APPMOD-12526

  • When HTML formatting is removed from rich text for outbound JSON, newlines and spacing are now preserved to maintain readability.

More space for findings APPMOD-12537

  • The findings card list now uses more vertical space on larger screens, allowing reviewers to see more findings within the scrolling area.

Members and permissions improvements APPMOD-12539, APPMOD-12541

  • The download button has been visually aligned with other actions on Members and permissions, and sorting has been restored for the first column.

Small-screen and responsive UI improvements APPMOD-12504

  • Additional usability improvements address responsive behavior across areas such as Members and permissions, Assignment settings, Findings management, Review Findings, and search results.

Internal appraisal data support APPMOD-12501

  • An appraisal-file data extraction was completed to support downstream SDP needs. This item is primarily operational and does not introduce a direct Investigate user-interface change.

What's fixed

APPMOD-12417: Fixed an issue where selecting Export from the Findings Log did not produce an export file.

APPMOD-12565: Improved navigation from the Appraisal Sections panel in the UAD 3.6 Appraisal Viewer. When navigation to a selected section isn't available, the updated experience provides user feedback instead of silently failing to navigate.

APPMOD-12610: Updated the appraiser license information used by Investigate so the applicable license number is populated when that appraiser information is available for the order.

APPMOD-12622: Fixed an issue where the presence of an ROV flag could prevent an order that was no longer actively in the ROV process from being returned to a previous reviewer or reassigned to another tier/reviewer.

APPMOD-12668: Corrected Last Activity sorting so ascending displays oldest to newest and descending displays newest to oldest. Last Activity is also displayed as a date rather than a relative “days ago” value.

APPMOD-12669: Fixed an issue where users could see an incorrect unauthorized-access error while generating a Review PDF even though they had the appropriate ability to generate the artifact.

APPMOD-12190: Improved handling of checklist logos when a logo file is unavailable, including the View Findings and Checklist Builder experiences.

APPMOD-12566: Updates address scenarios where Review Findings did not refresh SSR findings after a new SSR was delivered for an order.

APPMOD-12567: Improved handling of checklist imports, including validation around checklist naming and duplicate checklist names.

Rules updates

Subject Site and Highest-and-Best-Use rules

  • APPMOD-12518: Three previously non-firing rules were updated:

    • 16-004-01 / CM-844457: Highest and best use reported as “No”

    • 04-020-03 / CM-432992: Private primary access, site reported in acres, and access not typical for the market

    • 04-000-03 / CM-338108: Site reported in acres with a non-public utility having an adverse impact

  • APPMOD-12647: Updates cover 15 across-the-board adjustment rules, including:
