Upcoming Transaction Fee & Billing Updates: Effective April 1, 2026, Cotality will implement provider-paid transaction fee increases and corresponding billing adjustments. Contact the Customer Experience team if you didn't receive the January 28, 2026 notification.

Platform Enhancements

  • TPO Organization ID Integration [CLCTUTD-18949 / JJWR-4562]: New TPO ID field (50 characters maximum) added to CMS Customer Profile; maps the Encompass TPO.X15 value to the customer profile. Real-time validation prevents duplicate TPO IDs with the message "Duplicate TPO IDs are not allowed."

  • Enhanced Error Handling [CLCTUTD-20230]: Customized error messages replace standard text during EPC Patch Back failures; log subject standardized to "Appraisal Collection Data Failed Post to Encompass." Enables routing to partner-specific support teams.

  • Manual Investigate Submission Confirmation [APPMOD-8410]: Displays message "Order Successfully Sent to Investigate."

  • AppraisalPort UAD 3.6 Indicators [APPMOD-7730, APPMOD-8785]: Shows UAD 3.6 Ready status for appraisers; enables filtering by UAD 3.6 capability.

  • AppraisalPort Profile Display [APPMOD-8936, APPMOD-8956]: Shows active UAD 3.6 products and corresponding fees.

Issue Resolutions

  • PBD file generation precedes final delivery post [CLCTUTD-17996]

  • Automatic retry logic resolves "Waiting for Decision" status issues [CLCTUTD-18740]

  • API contact updates corrected [CLCTUTD-12277]

  • Appraiser CMSNet link error resolved [CLCTUTD-19475]

  • UAD 3.6 auto-assignment issues fixed [APPMOD-8653]

  • Service provider log entries corrected [APPMOD-8653]

  • Bulk order upload issues resolved [APPMOD-8780]

  • Non-Investigate UAD 3.6 orders follow standard workflow [APPMOD-8893]

  • Fee calculations corrected for all configurations [APPMOD-8937]

  • Improving Log and Message tab usability

  • Updating revision request presentation

  • Separate Messages and Recent Activity sub-tabs

  • Modernized interface with summarized data display

  • Improved recipient specification in message creation

  • New message count visual indicator

  • UAD 3.6 reviewers now listed as specific recipients
