Platform Enhancements

TPO Organization ID Integration [CLCTUTD-18949 / JJWR-4562]

New functionality maps Third Party Originator IDs from Encompass to CMS Customer Profiles:

• A TPO ID field accommodating up to 50 characters added to Customer Profile

• System maps the Encompass TPO.X15 value to ensure correct Organization Primary Key identification

• Real-time validation preventing duplicate TPO IDs with notification "Duplicate TPO IDs are not allowed"

Enhanced Error Handling and Customizable Support Messaging [CLCTUTD-20230]

EPC patch-back errors now display customized support messages configured at the instance level, with standardized subject line "Appraisal Collection Data Failed Post to Encompass." This enables affiliate partners to route inquiries to appropriate internal teams.

Platform Enhancements Only Visible with UAD 3.6 Enabled

• Confirmation Message for Manual Investigate Submission [APPMOD-8410]: Users receive confirmation "Order Successfully Sent to Investigate" after manual submissions from the Review tab.

• Search AppraisalPort UAD 3.6 Ready Indicator [APPMOD-7730, APPMOD-8785]: Appraisers with at least one activated UAD 3.6 product display a UAD 3.6 Ready indicator in search results, enabling filtering capability.

• Search AppraisalPort View Displays UAD 3.6 Products [APPMOD-8936, APPMOD-8956]: Appraiser profiles now display active UAD 3.6 products and corresponding fees.

Issue Resolutions

• Generate Proof of Borrower Delivery (PBD) file before final post trigger [CLCTUTD-17996]: Corrected sequencing to generate PBD files before sending final delivery posts to LOS systems.

• Order stuck in "Waiting for Decision" status [CLCTUTD-18740]: Implemented automatic retry logic addressing SQL exceptions preventing document status updates.

• Contact information update behavior fix [CLCTUTD-12277]: Resolved erroneous message log entries when API updates occurred to folder contact information.

• Appraiser URL link to CMSNet correction [CLCTUTD-19475]: Updated invitation email links enabling appraisers to authenticate using AppraisalPort credentials.

• Suppress Invalid Auto-assignment Calls [APPMOD-8653]: Fixed invalid auto-assignment routine preventing UAD 3.6 orders from submitting to Investigate.

• Service Provider Log Updates [APPMOD-8653]: Corrected duplicate or incorrectly-valued log entries when service provider profiles were modified.

• Bulk Order Upload Invalid orders [APPMOD-8780]: Enabled UAD 3.6 users to correct order issues directly through the interface.

• UAD 3.6 Orders Not Flowing to Investigate [APPMOD-8893]: Non-Investigate configured orders now proceed to Exception-Reviewer status without Investigate submission.

• UAD 3.6 Fee Calculation [APPMOD-8937]: Corrected fee calculations for all UAD 3.6 configuration inputs.
