Suspended-Provider Auto-Assignment Safeguards and Issue Resolutions (UAT)
Overview
A UAT release is scheduled for July 1, 2025, containing several key updates designed to enhance system performance and user experience.
CMS Status Name Changes
The anticipated CMS status name modifications have been deferred and will not be included in the July production release. New dates will be formally communicated once confirmed.
Platform Enhancements
Auto-Assignment Feature (CLCTUTD-13890)
This release introduces functionality that prevents automatic assignments to providers with suspended AppraisalPort Accounts. When activated in the Preferences menu, suspended providers are automatically removed from the list of eligible providers for assignment.
Key aspects include:
Visual indicators showing suspension status on provider profiles
Manual assignment process also displays suspension indicators
Automatic re-eligibility upon account reinstatement
Audit trail entries logged in the Service Provider Log
Issue Resolutions

CLCTUTD-15269: Task descriptions containing specific special characters now transfer properly to Encompass
CLCTUTD-15237, CLCTUTD-10168: Improved security protocols for engagement letter access
