Prevent Auto-Assignments to Suspended AppraisalPort Accounts [CLCTUTD-13890]
This feature removes suspended service providers from auto-assignment eligibility when enabled in Preferences > Assignment/Service Provider Options. Key details include:
Manual assignments display suspension indicators next to affected providers
Reinstatement automatically restores assignment eligibility
Service Provider Log entries document all suspension/reinstatement events
Enhancement ensures active providers are considered for assignments

Status Processing Order [CLCTUTD-15690] Corrected EPC Patch Data to maintain "processing" status until UpdateStatus API processing completes, rather than prematurely sending "cancelled."
Special Characters in Task Data [CLCTUTD-15269] Updated functionality to include predefined task descriptions with special characters when patching data to Encompass.
