Production release: UAD 3.6 enhancements, issue fixes, and system improvements

The production release, scheduled for November 7, 2026, includes several key updates. Below are the details of what’s included in this release and how it supports our ongoing efforts to improve system performance and user experience. Platform enhancements

None at this time.

Platform enhancements only visible with UAD 3.6 enabled

Option to turn off customer turn times on UAD 3.6 orders [APPMOD-12343]:
Administrators can now turn off customer turn times for UAD 3.6 orders like they can for UAD 2.6. When turn times are off, the system no longer sets an unwanted due date.

RFP attachments now arrive intact [APPMOD-12432]:
We fixed an issue with file attachments on RFP orders. Vendors now receive working, readable files when you send attachments with a Request for Proposal (RFP) on a UAD 3.6 order.

Revised reports now reach Collateral Investigate [APPMOD-12549]:
We fixed an issue where revised reports were not always being submitted to Collateral Investigate. Now, when a revised appraisal is uploaded, CMS now sends the latest UCDP submission reports to Collateral Investigate along with the revision. This keeps reviewers working from the most up-to-date results.

Clearer messages when a UCDP submission fails [APPMOD-12637]:
We enhanced our UCDP submission error handling to catch additional submission errors and provide the error code and description in the order's Log and Message. If the issue resolution requires Customer Support's help, lenders see a message asking them to contact Customer Support.

Fix to Product Price Plans view [APPMOD-12687]:
We fixed an issue where filtering and changing how many results show per page sometimes displayed incorrect price plan data. You can now search, filter and edit the results per page without losing the correct price plan view.

Security improvements

We are continuing regular maintenance activities to support system security, protect user data, and ensure reliable performance.

Issue resolutions

Applies to EPC customers only: collections form now fills in for UAD 3.6 orders [APPMOD-12364, APPMOD-12404, APPMOD-12405]: 
We fixed an issue where EPC collections forms were not filling in all the expected data for UAD 3.6 orders. EPC collections forms now populate all expected data including appraiser and supervisor details. Administrators can now set up and manage separate EPC mappings for UAD 2.6 and UAD 3.6 orders.

FHA EAD UAD 3.6
Work is officially underway for FHA EAD UAD 3.6!  Our team will be hard at work on it throughout Q4, and we're targeting delivery later in Q1 2027. Stay tuned for more details as we get closer. 

Log and Message
Message preview collapse and expand. We are working to provide a streamlined and collapsed version of the Log and message queue in the order summary so users can preview more messages on the screen at once.
