Overview
Cotality is updating order lifecycle status names in its valuation platforms to modernize usability. This change may have implications for internal reporting. Only status names change — Status IDs remain unchanged.
Implementation Timeline
Effective Date: July 9, 2025
This change was delayed from the previously announced May 28, 2025 release.
Required Actions
Update downstream reports and filters outside CMS that reference the old status names
CMS BI report templates will automatically update — no user action needed
