Platform Enhancements

Manual Assignment Picker — State Filter (CLCTUTD-21824) Added a new State Filter attribute to the Service Provider Filter on the Manual Assignment Picker to help users narrow results by state during manual assignments.

Manual Assignment Picker — County Filter (CLCTUTD-21825) Added a new County Filter attribute to the Service Provider Filter on the Manual Assignment Picker for more precise county-level service provider selection.

Email Templates — Task Title Variable for Non-Status Alerts (CLCTUTD-21707) Added Task Title as an available email template variable for selected Non-Status Alert scenarios, enhancing notification clarity.

Issue Resolutions

UAD 3.6 Investigate Flow — Status Change on Revision (APPMOD-10505) System now updates order status and adds message logs when revised appraisals are submitted to Investigate.

UAD 3.6 CMS to Investigate Flow — CCL Decision Handling (APPMOD-10506) Fixed issues preventing orders from flowing to Investigate as configured.

UAD 3.6 Investigate Status Update on Completion (APPMOD-10571) Resolved a gap where order status failed to update from "With Reviewer" to the appropriate next status.

UAD 3.6 Investigate Flow — Automated Retry (APPMOD-10507) Introduced automated retry logic for order creation requests to Investigate.

Payment Email Formatting Update (CLCTUTD-22412) Updated the format to include a comma between street address and city for clarity and automated processing.

Appraisal Report and GAAR Viewer Text Display Alignment (CLCTUTD-7808) Fixed text display inconsistencies between the GAAR Viewer Review tab and the Appraisal Report PDF.

CMS System Security (CLCTUTD 22183, 22182, 22133, 21983) Ongoing maintenance for system security and data protection.

Configurable Dashboard — Coming to UAT July 11th

Streamline Updates:

  • Removing duplicate queues from the dashboard

  • Updating all dashboard queues to display results in advanced search format

  • Adding a "Pinned Orders" tile allowing up to 100 pinned orders

User Configurations:

  • Configure which tiles and charts appear

  • Select up to 5 saved searches for dashboard display

  • Choose whether queue results open in a new or same tab

Admin Configurations:

  • Configure global dashboards overriding user settings

  • Override all dashboards or specific ones only

Bulk Vendor Profile Updates — Coming to UAT Early July

A new module enabling bulk vendor profile updates via direct application or spreadsheet upload. Confirmation pages detail all planned additions, removals, and modifications to vendor profiles.
