New Fields Added to Administration Preferences

CMS expanded configuration options for company and service provider information sharing via Ports. The newly available fields include:

  • Mailing Address

  • Mailing City

  • Mailing State

  • Mailing Zip

This allows receipt of both vendor and mailing addresses. Users can access this feature through Administration > Preferences > Allow company and service provider information updates via Ports.

New Service Option in Service Maintenance

A fresh option labeled "Require MC" with "All non-FHA Orders" selection was introduced to help clients align with investor guidelines requiring 1004MC forms alongside 1004 appraisals for non-FHA orders. No configuration changes needed.

Export Advanced Search in Filtered Format

The Advanced Search feature now preserves column customizations when exporting results, improving operational efficiency by allowing clients to quickly filter and export order management data. No configuration required.

New BI Reporting Field

"Vendor Invoice" (Service Provider Invoice Number) was added to the BI Reporting Tool, accessible in CMS Reports+ within the Charges Table for audit and accounting purposes. No configuration needed.

New GAAR Rules

Multiple rules added across form types (1004, 1004C, 1025, 1073, 1075, 2055) addressing adverse site conditions and subject site size requirements.

GAAR Rule Updates

Three existing rules were modified regarding appraiser certification requirements, housing trend checks, and FHA case number formatting standards (now enforcing 10-digit format exclusively).

CMS Fixes

Fee Data Document Delivery: Improved resilience for failed vendor document transmission through automatic rescheduling.

RFP Cancellation: Fixed issues preventing RFP cancellation by enforcing mandatory Property Type and Occupancy Type fields for commercial orders.
