Halogen Encompass Message Fix, Streamline Stripe Refunds, and AppraisalPort Homepage Cleanup

Issue Resolutions

  • HTML Tag Encoding in Halogen Encompass Messages (CLCTUTD-13337): Special characters like < and > in email addresses were causing message failures between CMS and Halogen Encompass. The update ensures special characters are properly encoded and decoded when messages are transferred.

  • GAAR Worksheet Checklist URLs (CLCTUTD-13330): Users can now create checklist items without requiring a reference URL, though URLs are still validated when provided.

  • Refund Processing via Streamline (CLCTUTD-11905): Stripe payment refunds are now accessible from the Streamline tab when canceling orders, eliminating navigation barriers.

  • AppraisalPort Homepage Slides (CLCTUTD-11219): Outdated slides have been removed from the AppraisalPort homepage and will be replaced in a future release.

  • Coverage Area Alphabetical Sorting (CLCTUTD-9881): Counties and cities in User Management > Vendors now display alphabetically for improved usability.

Activation: No configuration changes required for any of these updates.
