Form 1073/465 Hybrid and Desktop Appraisals
The platform now supports GSE's 1073/465 Hybrid and Desktop appraisal variants through automated review processes within GAAR.
ACE with PDR and Value Acceptance
A new property inspection product was added to meet GSE program requirements.

LPA Key and DU Case File
Clients can now provide the LPA Key and DU Case File ID in the Loan Information tab across manual, bulk, and API order creation.

Task Management Updates
Automated Actions – Additional Filters
Five new filters added: Channel, Customer, Loan Attributes, Loan Classification, and Sub Loan Type for enhanced task configuration.
Benefit: Enables better order milestone management and rapid response to exceptions.
Task Management Tab
New tab allows clients to enable/disable settings for the new task filters.
Automated Actions Date Comparison Feature
Updated feature now runs nightly checks on all orders to detect conflicts between milestone dates — for example, when inspection dates fall after closing dates.
Benefit: Alerts clients to date conflicts that could impact assignments or delay closing.
Email Contact Types for Document Delivery
All contact types are now available in dropdown menus, allowing selection of multiple recipients for final appraisal copies.
Benefit: Provides flexibility in defining valuation distribution and ensures compliance.
