Platform Enhancements

Email Template Features

Intelligent typeahead with variable suggestions and validation in the email template editor
Ability to save and associate email templates with specific contact types
Status email template list now supports column-level filtering by channel, customer, legacy forms, products, status, and recipients
Non-status email template list supports filtering by channel, customer, legacy forms, products, non-status alert type, and recipients

My Groups Dashboard Enhancements

Processor Managers can now view queue counts for team members: Needs Attention, New Messages, Tasks, Follow Ups, and Rush Orders
Queue visibility can be controlled through Manage My Dashboard preferences
Advanced Search results now include Last Changed Date and Last Changed By fields
Users can add Last Changed Date and Last Changed By as optional columns

Other Improvements

Fixed an issue where RFP Bid invitee information wasn't populating correctly
Administrators can now configure duplicate appraisal record check windows with expanded timeframe options

Platform Enhancements (UAD 3.6 Enabled)

Order Creation and Error Handling

Prevents duplicate order retries to the Investigate platform
Processors receive notifications if order creation fails after retries

Dashboard Configuration

Removed duplicate queues from the dashboard display
Added a Pinned Orders tile allowing users to pin up to 100 orders
Users can configure tile visibility and select up to 5 saved searches
Admin-level configuration available with global dashboard override options

Additional Features

Revision request messages now combine Investigate summary comments and finding notes
UAD schema check rules now apply only to direct UI uploads
Added Product Type as a selectable column in advanced search

User Experience Improvements

Long customer alias names in the Instructions add/edit and filtering areas are now handled more gracefully.

Upcoming features include Investigate review data integration, the ability to view the Investigate review tier in Order Summary, and underwriter/reviewer assignment transmission capability.

Profile Sync will synchronize AppraisalPort vendor profile documents to CMS profiles with user approval options.
