Document E-Delivery Enhancements (JJWR-3112)

The system now tracks borrower document access through two key milestones:

• "Document Sent to Borrower" Date – Records transmission timestamp via CMS Integration

• "Documents Delivered to Borrower" Date – Captures initial access via CMS Integration

A new "Proof of Borrower Delivery" file automatically generates when borrowers access documents, containing email delivery details accessible through CMS Integration.

Prevent CMS from Sending Encompass Updates on Canceled Orders (JJWR-3384)

This update stops further updates from being sent on canceled orders, ensuring data consistency, and prevents invalid patch attempts while maintaining order integrity.

New Apigee Authentication for File Download (CLCTUTD-15205)

CMS now supports Apigee token-based authentication for downloading files via the CMS API, alongside Basic Auth. Users can select their preferred method in the Interface tab's Send Files section. Existing Basic Auth integrations remain unchanged; new Apigee users must coordinate credentials with Customer Support.

• File upload error messages improved for License, Insurance, Work Experience, and Background Check documents

• AppraisalPort Order Activity feed now displays timezone with inspection dates

• Session expiration now prompts login rather than producing errors

• GAAR Worksheet generation corrected

• Helpdesk Tool expanded with Publish to Ports triggering capability (UI only; full functionality pending)

• Alerts added for system process timeouts

• Automatic 30-day cleanup implemented for updateStatus API event logging

• Advanced Search Sync button temporarily disabled for functionality improvements
