Custom Email Templates, Revision Request PDFs, and CMSBI Reporting Enhancements (UAT)

Platform Enhancements

Custom Email Templates [CLCTUTD-19481/ARC4030] The system now allows administrators to personalize status email alerts with flexible configuration options:

  • Dynamic data integration for order-specific information

  • Customizable subject lines for consistency

  • Template mapping to specific customers and channels

  • Recipient-type configuration for processors, reviewers, contact types, and alternative subscribers

Automated Collateral Review Checklist Items [CLCTUTD-20441] A new checklist section added to automated review documents, toggled via Include Checklist Questions on the Automated Collateral Review in Administration > Preferences > Workflow Options. These items serve as manual references only and do not affect review decisions.

Platform Enhancements (UAD 3.6 Only)

Revision Request Details PDF [APPMOD-5049] Revision requests now generate formatted PDFs visible to both AppraisalPort and CMS users, triggered through automated requests, Investor Submission, or Investigate review solutions.

CMSBI Reporting Updates [APPMOD-5067] New data fields added to reporting, including Product Type, Construction Method, ADU Count, DU Casefile ID, and Property Collab information.

UCDP Submission Settings Validation [APPMOD-8990, 9120] Configuration validations ensure complete UCDP setup with required fields like Fannie Seller Servicer Number.

Investigate Submission Confirmation [APPMOD-8994] The system now logs submission entries when orders are sent to Investigate.

Advanced Search Columns [APPMOD-8732, 8914] New filterable columns available: Attachment Type, Construction Method, Property Valuation Method, ADU Count, and related indicators.

Search AppraisalPort Results Sorting [APPMOD-9243] UAD 3.6 Ready column now sorts consistently with other columns.

Issue Resolutions

  • Bulk GAAR Upload Error Handling [CLCTUTD-20223]: Improved error messaging when spreadsheets contain invalid characters like line breaks.

  • ZIP+4 Code Processing [CLCTUTD-18636]: The Create Order form now uses the first five digits of 9-digit ZIP codes to identify County and State.

  • Street Address Parsing [CLCTUTD-18454]: Fixed an issue where street numbers were omitted when matching street names (e.g., "2 2nd Drive").

  • EPC Status Updates [CLCTUTD-18067]: Eliminated duplicate actions and invalid record errors by streamlining update delivery.

  • AVM Value Display [CLCTUTD-7317]: AVM-returned property values now properly capture and display in order details.

  • DPS Payment URL Formatting [CLCTUTD-20895]: Removed an extra slash in payment request URLs to restore transaction completion.

  • Search AppraisalPort State Filter [APPMOD-9243]: Users must now select a specific state before conducting vendor searches.

  • Legacy Bulk Order Status [APPMOD-9373]: Bulk orders no longer remain stuck in Incoming-New status.

  • Original Product Ordered Field [APPMOD-9383]: UAD 3.6 orders now display the correct original product instead of "All-Undetermined."

Looking Ahead

April 7th: Log and Message Module Updates New interface featuring Messages and Recent Activity sub-tabs, modernized design, improved recipient specification, and visual new message indicators.

Q2: Bulk Vendor Profile Updates Upcoming module for batch updates to vendor profiles with spreadsheet upload options and confirmation pages.
