Collateral Investigate UAT release: Key updates to SSR ingestion and review workflows

This September 22, 2026 UAT release introduces enhancements to SSR processing, findings management, and review workflows. The update also includes usability improvements and fixes to improve system performance, review efficiency, and workflow reliability.

What's new

SSR ingestion enhancements (see screenshots below)

• Added initial support for ingesting SSRs (Submission Summary Reports) within the review workflow.

• Enhanced collateral review processing to support SSR ingestion across integrated services, helping streamline appraisal review workflows.

Findings management improvements

• Simplified the manual finding creation workflow, making it easier and more efficient for reviewers to add findings during the review process.

What's changed or improved

Review workflow improvements

• Updated the Change Status option within the More Actions menu to provide a more intuitive user experience.

• Added a Category filter chip to Findings Management, allowing users to filter and review findings by category more easily.

User experience enhancements

• Continued refinements to review workflows to reduce clicks and improve overall reviewer efficiency.

What's fixed

• Fixed a performance issue that caused the Findings dropdown options service to return excessive data, resulting in slow load times and reduced responsiveness.

• Fixed an issue where Reconsideration of Value (ROV) submissions could fail during the submit-for-review process due to duplicate review flag records.

• Fixed underlying workflow and processing issues to improve overall platform stability and reliability.

New feature screenshots

You will now see the SSR findings in both Findings management and the Review findings screen during review. The SSR rules are enabled in active status for UAT; turn off any you don't want reviewers to cure as part of the collateral review. They will be enabled in disabled status in PROD next week; you will need to turn them on in Findings management after the production release.
