Closing Date Sorting in Message Queue, First Appraised Value Toggle, and Bulk Upload Deadlock Fix

Enhancements

  • New Message Queue Improvements (JJWR-2000): The system now includes Closing Date as a data point in the New Message Queue. Users can sort by Closing Date or Post Date, with preferences saved for future sessions.

  • First Appraised Value Visibility Control: Administrators can now toggle visibility of the First Appraised Value field in Order Summary through Administration > Preferences > Content > Edit Content.

Issue Resolutions

  • Bulk Upload Deadlock Resolution (CLCTUTD-9165): Deadlock errors causing bulk order creation failures now trigger automatic requeuing of failed records.

  • Contact Synchronization (CLCTUTD-5178): Contact updates from CMS now properly synchronize to the Ports application.

  • FHA-to-Conventional Conversion (CLCTUTD-6082): Converted loans no longer remain stuck in Exception Gateway status after resubmission.

  • Follow-Up Count Accuracy (CLCTUTD-11084): Follow-up counts now update correctly when tasks reach terminal statuses.

  • AppraisalPort Name Characters (CLCTUTD-10784): Commas and periods are now permitted in appraiser and broker names (e.g., "Smith, III").

  • Payment Notification Emails (CLCTUTD-96): Single payment notification emails now send instead of duplicates.
