Platform Enhancements

  • Certified License Filter (JJWR-2504): A new filter aligns with configured settings for requiring certified appraisers. It is now integrated into the RFP picker and automatically included in Batch Quote eligibility criteria.

  • FHA SSR via AppraisalPort (JJWR-2960): Lenders can now enable service providers to submit FHA SSRs to CMS via AppraisalPort, particularly useful when vendors transmit reports to the FHA EAD Portal on the lender's behalf.

  • Reviewer Group in Advanced Search (JJWR-2964): A new search option for Reviewer Group is available under the Organization tab, and the existing Group search was renamed to Processor Group.

Issue Resolutions

  • CLCTUTD-12267: Fixed an issue where changing orders from "Exception Duplicate Order" to "Cancelled – Duplicate Request" triggered unintended AVM requests.

  • CLCTUTD-13039: Resolved a data loading failure in the "Add New Coverage Area" form.

  • CLCTUTD-9100: Fixed appraised value showing as $0.00 in the Collateral Valuation Summary Report for AVM orders.
