Platform Enhancements

Certified Appraiser Assignment by Sales Price — A new capability enables automatic assignment of orders to Certified appraisers when sales price meets defined thresholds, ensuring the right expertise is matched with higher-value orders. Enable this through Administration > Preferences > Assignment/Service Provider Options > ASSIGN TO CERTIFIED APPRAISERS ONLY BASED ON SALES PRICE.

Issue Resolutions

  • Ampersand Parsing (CLCTUTD-13694): Fixed ampersand display issues within client company names.

  • Payment Error Logging (CLCTUTD-13235): Implemented enhanced error logging for payment processing events that previously had incomplete visibility.

  • Interface URL Configuration Logging (CLCTUTD-11270): Added tracking of URL configuration changes and password modifications, capturing user information and change details.
