Major Features

Appraisers Company Change

CMS introduced functionality to move an Appraiser profile from one company to another and retain the existing profile information. Orders created after the transfer associate with the new company. Users navigate to User Management > Vendors > Search by Service Provider > Edit Person, then select Change Company within Service Provider Details.

GAAR Word Search Enhancements

  • Hyper Find (Exclusion Logic): Flagged terms appear as clickable hyperlinks in search results, allowing users to jump to occurrences within the appraisal. A sub-panel displays all instances with fuller context. Requires GAAR Gateway activation.

  • Precision Search (Exclusion Logic): Clients can enable exclusion logic tables to suppress word search terms when specified words appear immediately before or after target keywords, reducing false positives. Requires GAAR Gateway activation.

GAAR New Image Analytics Rule

Rule FNC-IMAGE-DMG-000-02 detects damage in images while the "Subject to Repairs or Alterations" box remains unchecked.

CMS Fixes

  • Assign Instance Logo: Added empty field validations preventing unintended username modifications during user ID creation

  • Message Access Rule: Resolved issue where messages with subject "Inspection Date has been Set" weren't marked as read

  • HttpContext Error Resolution: Fixed "Yikes" errors when accessing appraiser invitation links and Unlink Client flow issues

  • API Order Creation: Allows blank occupancy types, aligning with Chase workflow requirements

  • PCR/CDNA Forms: Corrected XML issues preventing proper property address field population

  • Word Search Result Counts: Fixed inaccurate search result tallies

  • Image Analysis – Attic Detection: Rule FNC-IMAGE-IMP-000-01 no longer triggers erroneously when "None" is selected

  • AppraisalPort Names: First and last names now accept hyphens and apostrophes
