AppraisalPort file retrieval updates and preview of Valuation Modernization resources for the October 2, 2026 release

The production release, scheduled for September 30, 2026, includes several key updates. Below are the details of what’s included in this release and how it supports our ongoing efforts to improve system performance and user experience. AppraisalPort updates

File retrieval through AppraisalPort Integration [APPMOD-11922, APPMOD-12101, APPMOD-12131]:
Integrated partners can now download order files, including Revision Request PDFs, through the AppraisalPort integration without being sent to a login page.

Please note: Integrated AMCs (individual appraisers are unaffected) may currently experience an issue where the Revision Request Details PDF downloads without a .pdf file extension. We expect to resolve this issue in our upcoming release on Wednesday, October 7th.

In the interim, please use one of the following workarounds to access the files:

Manually rename the downloaded file by adding .pdf to the end of the filename.
Utilize the raw revision request data delivered directly through the integration instead of relying on the PDF.
Log in directly to the AppraisalPort website to locate and download the Revision Details PDF for the affected order.
