Platform Enhancements

  • JJWR-2506 – Appraisal Invoice Data Points: Vendors can now transmit AMC Fee and Appraiser Fee in addition to the Invoice Amount and Invoice Number, integrating with CMS Invoice API events for lender systems.

  • JJWR-2504 – Certified Appraiser Assignment Filter: A new manual assignment filter enables restriction to certified appraisers based on sales price thresholds. Configuration is available under Administration > Preferences > Assignment/Service Provider Options > Assign to Certified Appraisers Only Based on Sales Price, with options for specific services and loan purposes.

User Experience Improvements

  • CLCTUTD-13914: License level now appears as a searchable column in manual assignment results during Override mode.

  • CLCTUTD-13268: Two new product slides added to the AppraisalPort homepage: "Total Formfilling" and "Switch to a la mode."

Issue Resolutions

  • CLCTUTD-13568: Corrected an issue ensuring First Appraised Value field consistency despite multiple appraisal uploads.
