Summary

The Collateral Management System (CMS) will conduct its annual disaster recovery exercise on Saturday, April 5th, from 4:00 am to noon Central Time. All participating platforms will be offline during this window.

Systems Affected:

  • Collateral Data and Analytics (CDNA)

  • CMSNet

  • Ports (AppraisalPort, InspectionPort, TitlePort)

  • Standalone CMS Platforms

During Downtime:

  • User login functionality will be unavailable

  • Loan Origination System orders will not process

  • CDNA orders will not generate

  • Integration updates will not be received
