Annual Disaster Recovery Exercise Scheduled for April 5

Summary

The Collateral Management System (CMS) will conduct its yearly disaster recovery exercise beginning Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 4:00 AM Central time and concluding at 12:00 PM Central time the same day. During this window, participating platforms will be offline and users should refrain from sending traffic.

Impact

• User login access will be blocked

• Loan Origination System orders will not process

• Collateral Data and Analytics orders will not generate

• Integration updates to CMS will not be accepted

Status Updates

Real-time updates will be available on the platform status page, covering CDNA, CMSNet, Ports (AppraisalPort, InspectionPort, TitlePort), and Standalone CMS Platforms.
