Platform Enhancements

Document E-Delivery Enhancements (JJWR-3112)

Proof of Borrower Delivery tracks electronic document delivery to borrowers for transparency and compliance purposes.

Key capabilities include:

  • "Document Sent to Borrower" date recorded via CMS Integration

  • "Documents Delivered to Borrower" date captured when borrowers access documents, available via CMS Integration

  • New Proof of Borrower Delivery file type automatically generated upon first borrower access, containing email delivery information

Issue Resolutions

  • Clearer messaging for file upload problems (CLCTUTD-12000)

  • Time zone display added to inspection dates in AppraisalPort Order Activity feed (CLCTUTD-14016)

  • Session expiration now prompts re-authentication (CLCTUTD-14314)

  • GAAR Worksheet generation corrected (CLCTUTD-14836)

  • Helpdesk tool functionality added for "Publish to Ports" (CLCTUTD-5701, 5731, 5732)
