Disaster Recovery Test Rescheduled to May 2: GAAR, GATR, and UAD 3.6 File Validation Impacts
Valuation and Decision Services Disaster Recovery Test – May 2, 2026
Cotality will conduct a disaster recovery test on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 5:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CST (approximately 9 hours), rescheduled from March 28. Users must hold all related activity during this period.
Service-Specific Impacts
GAAR and GATR (5:00 am – 10:00 am CST): Both unavailable; orders will queue and process after maintenance concludes.
Common Workflow (10:00 am – 2:00 pm CST): UAD 3.6 File Validation and UCDP submission intermittently unavailable.
File Vault: UAD 3.6 and Mercury Network EPC intermittently unavailable.
ENV Service: Downtime expected for GAAR, Image Analytics, and external vendor operations.
Fee Worksheet Service: Inaccessible for CMS.Net Title orders.
Will the Applications Change?
No changes will be made to the applications themselves.
Will There Be Downtime?
Intermittent and extended downtime is expected for the named services only.
Critical Warning
