Important Notice: Transaction Fee & Billing Updates

An upcoming change to provider-paid transaction fees takes effect April 1, 2026. Organizations that missed the January 28, 2026 notification should contact the Customer Experience team.

Platform Enhancements

Product Maintenance Configuration Updates [APPMOD-8543] The "All Products:" service ID has been removed from the Administrative Product Maintenance tab to prevent inactive configurations and ensure administrative actions directly impact order behavior.

Platform Enhancements (Version 3.6 Enabled)

Easy Access to Investigate [APPMOD-8459] An integrated Investigate launch button now appears in the CMS menu, allowing users to open Investigate in a new tab and log in automatically using their existing credentials.

Rent Schedule Update Requirements [APPMOD-8563] The Rent Schedule field on the Property tab now requires a strict Yes/No selection, eliminating the "Not Provided" option.
