GAAR Worksheet Comments Preservation: Following the January 21, 2025 release, an issue caused comments in the GAAR Worksheet to be unintentionally cleared during processing. The fix ensures comments remain intact unless they surpass the 4,000-character limit, restoring proper display functionality.
Custom Review Form PDF Generation: A client-specific issue prevented the Review Form PDF from generating when review status was set to "Work in Progress." This update corrects the PDF generation process for that configuration.
Affected Components: GAAR (both fixes). CMS.Net and AppraisalPorts were not affected.
