Overview

On Saturday, March 28, 2026, Cotality Valuation and Decision Services will conduct a disaster recovery test affecting CMS.net, Mercury Network, and related services from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CST (approximately 9 hours total).

Timeline and Affected Services

5:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. CST

  • GAAR and GATR services will be unavailable; orders placed during this window will queue for processing afterward.

10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CST

  • Common workflow (UAD 3.6 File Validation, UCDP submission) will experience intermittent unavailability.

  • File Vault (UAD 3.6, Mercury Network EPC) will be intermittently unavailable.

  • ENV Service downtime will affect order queueing and external vendor access.

  • Fee Worksheet Service will be inaccessible for CMS.net Title orders.

Important Notice

Access to the system during the exercise is not an indication of operational status. Users should halt all activity during the maintenance window, as orders initiated may not be processed or queued.
