New Vendor Coverage Area

CMS introduced tools for managing vendor profiles with enhanced search and filtering capabilities. Users can now "search, filter, and select multiple coverage parameters including State, County, City, Zip, Service and Loan Purpose." The feature allows individual or bulk updates to vendor details across multiple coverage areas.

Activation: Administrators enable this via Administration > Preferences > New Coverage Area, then access it through User Management > Vendors > Edit Person > New Coverage Area.

New Key Milestone Dates Added to Command Center Live

Six new loan section dates were added for GetNext prioritization:

• Current Date

• Scheduled Closing Date

• Appraisal Contingency Date

• Rate Lock Expiration Date

• Order Date

• First Draft Received Date

These expand workflow automation options for clients using Command Center Live.

CMS Fixes

• ENV 2.0 Form Template Processing — Resolved issues with form-DISCLOSURE_12-2018.pdf template processing and PDF generation API errors.

• Domain Whitelisting Page — Fixed a Yikes error that previously rendered the page blank, preventing domain management in Security > Domain Whitelisting.

• VHQ Appraiser Linking — Improved synchronization between CMS and AppraisalPort for VHQ-onboarded appraisers, addressing company name truncation issues.
