New Coverage Area (Administration – Preferences)

Once new Vendor Profiles activate, the administrative configuration enabling the New Coverage Area will be removed, with all clients using the latest Coverage Area module version

New Message Count Indicator [APPMOD-5490]

The order workspace now displays a count of new messages near the "Log and Message" tab label, excluding system messages, in preparation for increased UAD 3.6 communications

Font Update in Administration Preferences [APPMOD-6849]

Font styling on five Administration–Preferences tabs now matches the platform's updated font design

Product Maintenance Label Change [APPMOD-6945]

Under Administration > Product, "Service ID" became "Code" and "Service" became "Product" for consistency across modules

Expanded U.S. Territory Support [JJWR-3715]

CMS and Ports systems now support complete workflows for American Samoa (AS), Guam (GU), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Puerto Rico (PR), and U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)
Updates include Create Order Manual, Create Order API, Bulk Order, Create Order Commercial, Order Review/Prequalification, and Fee and Price Plans
All state dropdown menus were audited and updated
Auto-Assignment logic and Coverage Areas now correctly process U.S. Territory orders
AppraisalPort Service Provider Profiles, location-based dropdowns, and Ports Integration now support all U.S. Territories

Inspection dates now display in clients' local time zones regardless of appraiser location

Data Express direct link removed and replaced with a Property Snapshot button launching the free Cotality property characteristics summary
