The Collateral Management System ecosystem has successfully returned to its production environment and resumed normal operations, completing the disaster recovery exercise.

Email Communication Issue

A malfunction in a third-party notification system prevented status updates from being sent throughout the day. Cotality apologized for the resulting communication gaps and indicated plans to review the notification system to improve reliability for future incidents.
