The UAT release, scheduled for October 16, 2026, includes several key updates. Below are the details of what’s included in this release and how it supports our ongoing efforts to improve system performance and user experience. Platform enhancements

Email alert exception rules management [CLCTUTD-24140]
Administrators can configure and manage email alert exception rules to selectively suppress default automated status and non-status email notifications.

  • Multi-select criteria allow administrators to define suppression rules across channels, products, legacy forms, customers, and recipient roles

  • The email alert engine evaluates active exception rules and suppresses notifications when all configured criteria match, while preserving delivery for other recipients

  • Administrative tools enable users to search rules, toggle rule activation on or off, and delete obsolete entries

Appraisal delivery method and date in SendUpdateOrder [CLCTUTD-21723]
Lenders can track how and when an appraisal was delivered to the borrower, and that information is sent to their loan origination system automatically. When an appraisal is delivered electronically or as a hard copy, the platform records the delivery method (DocDeliverytoBorrowerMethod) and delivery date (DocDeliverytoBorrowerDate) on the order and then sends an order update through the SendUpdateOrder integration.

Announcement enhancements [CLCTUTD-24920]
To ensure important updates and notices are immediately visible, the CMS home page now displays active announcements in an expanded view by default upon page load. Users can quickly review critical communications without needing to manually expand the section.

  • Active announcements automatically display in an expanded state upon loading the CMS home page

  • Users retain full control to collapse or expand the section and select individual announcements to view details

  • A red alert indicator appears next to the Announcements header to highlight active notices

  • Announcement headers feature an updated 12 p.m. font size for enhanced legibility

  • Standard display behavior is preserved when no active announcements are present

  • Improved formatting and resolved an issue where unintended characters and symbols would appear in published announcements.

Platform enhancements only visible with UAD 3.6 enabled

Clearer status for unsupported submission sequences [APPMOD-12176]
CMS marks investor submissions with sequence numbers greater than three as “Rejected” and moves the order to “Exception – Investor Submission.” It also records the rejection reason in the submission and order logs.

Security improvements

We are continuing regular maintenance activities to support system security, protect user data, and ensure reliable performance.

Issue resolutions

Fee and price accuracy [APPMOD-12318, APPMOD-12319]
We have fixed an issue with fee calculation when appraisal products change.

Review routing preferences [APPMOD-12371]
CMS now honors the “Prioritize 3.6 Review Workflow” setting consistently across GSE Risk and Review Tier decisions when both fields are being leveraged, ensuring accurate routing to Collateral Investigate.

Engagement letter access after reassignment [APPMOD-12440]
We fixed an issue where reassigned vendors were not able to view the Engagement letter. Reassigned vendors can access the engagement letter in AppraisalPort.

UAD 3.6 submission report downloads [APPMOD-12445]
We fixed an issue with the Fannie Mae SSR link sent through the integration. CMS now provides the correct download links for affected UAD 3.6 submission summary reports so connected systems can retrieve the documents successfully.

External ROV document delivery [APPMOD-12216]
We fixed an issue where when an ROV request is approved, the ROV External document is not being sent to the service provider. CMS now sends ROV External documents to AppraisalPort so users can access them alongside the order’s other files.

Investor submission bypass with longer notes [APPMOD-12215]
We fixed an issue where users who bypassed Investor Submission encountered an error when the notes were too lengthy. Users can now bypass Investor Submission without encountering an error caused by accumulated submission notes exceeding the previous length limit.
