Ports RFP Field Renaming and UAD 3.6 Profile Eligibility Reminders (UAT)

Platform Enhancements

  • Announcement to Update Product Eligibility in Profiles: Once UAD 3.6 becomes active on AppraisalPort, appraisers without UAD 3.6 products in their Product Schedules will receive a reminder notification. Note: the announcement currently appears for all UAT users despite profile updates not yet being available.

  • RFP Bid Form Field Label Updates: The "Service" and "Service Type" field labels in RFP Bid Forms have been renamed to "Product."

AppraisalPort Profile Updates

The Services menu has been renamed "Products"; Service Schedules is now "Product Schedules," supporting both legacy and UAD 3.6 products. Auto-response rules and account creation wizards have been updated accordingly.

Important Dates

  • January 10: UAD 3.6 launches on AppraisalPort; appraisers can begin updating profiles

  • January 26: UAD 3.6 launches on CMS (clients see changes only after formal migration)

Planned Improvements (December 2025 - Q1 2026) Focus areas include completing LOS integrations, expanding CMS BI reporting functionality, enhancing Log and Message tab usability, revising service provider revision request displays, and updating Batch Quote, RFP, and Review Sampling modules for UAD 3.6 compatibility.
