Platform Enhancements

Vendor 2.0 Scorecard Date Selection Enhancements Expanded date range options now include three categories:

  • Current: Week to Date, Month to Date, Quarter to Date, Year to Date

  • Prior: Full Week, Full Month, Full Quarter, Full Year

  • Last: 7, 30, 90, or 365 calendar days

Encompass to CMS Service Order Integration Updates The system now handles cancellations and "Off Hold" requests more effectively, accepting Status ID 'C' (Cancelled) directly and validating cancellable statuses with the Requested by Customer reason code.

New User Guide Articles and Help Tool A widget in the bottom right corner of CMS provides access to updated help materials, including both the new documentation and the existing User Guide PDF for transitional access.

Removal of New Coverage Area Admin Configuration All clients now use the updated coverage areas module within new vendor profiles.

Folder List View Update Pop-up styling was modernized to match the order summary design.

Platform Enhancements (UAD 3.6 Enabled Only)

UAD 3.6 Appraiser Readiness Tab Users can track appraiser adoption of UAD 3.6 standards and download reports listing service providers with details including name, CMS profile status, license states, email, phone, and notes.

Engagement Letter Module Updates Ongoing refinements to support UAD 3.6 workflows.

Rules Firings Added to CCL Rules Review Rule and UCDP rule firings are now available in Command Center Live logic.

Review-Only Order Workflow Users select between legacy or UAD 3.6 appraisals and provide data points including property type, property valuation method type, rent schedule indicator, PUD indicator, and living unit count excluding ADU. UAD 3.6 appraisals will display the specific product in the Product field. Review-only orders are identified with red indicators and cannot be bulk-assigned service providers.

Advanced Search Bulk Actions Service provider assignments cannot be performed on review-only orders through bulk actions.

Review Sampling Updates Field labels changed from "Service" to "Product" throughout the module.

Property Details Collaboration Update Cosmetic updates made to the decisioning screen.

Conventional Sub-loan Type The MISMO 3.6 "Conventional" sub-loan type added as read-only to all profiles, with automatic eligibility for new processors and vendors.

Publishing Field Updates to Ports and Engagement Letters Changes to UAD 3.6 Property Details fields automatically update in Ports and engagement letters.

Updated Admin Configuration for Engagement Letter Content Previous field visibility configurations removed; users now configure visibility through Administration > Preferences > Engagement Letter.

RFP Module Updates Added fields: Property Valuation Method Type, Rent Schedule Indicator, PUD Indicator, Attachment Type, Project Legal Structure Type, Construction Method Type, Land Owned In Common Indicator, Living Unit Excluding ADU Count, Accessory Dwelling Unit Total Count.

Ready for Investor Submission Status in API The new "READY FOR INVESTOR SUBMISSION" Doc Status is sent in all relevant events.

Default Value for Living Unit Excluding ADU Changed from 0 to NULL (blank).

UAD 3.6 Fee Management Update Enhanced to include new UAD 3.6 fields and ensure exception fee plans apply correctly, covering land owned in common fees, ADU fees, and various construction methods.

Automated Revision Requests for UCDP Fatal Findings CMS automatically identifies fatal findings requiring revisions and triggers requests to service providers.

Issue Resolutions

GAAR Worksheet PDF Readability and Formatting Fix Long internal comments no longer cause font shrinkage; text now wraps while maintaining consistent readability.

Cotality Email Reminder Instructions for Appraisers Updated emails now direct appraisers to update information via AppraisalPort rather than emailing documents to lenders.

CMS Release Notes Link Redirect The Release Notes link opens in a new tab and directs to the corporate release notes page.

CMS System Security Ongoing maintenance for data protection and reliability.

AppraisalPort Enhancements

Important Dates

  • January 10: UAD 3.6 features go live on AppraisalPort production

  • January 19: Automated update adds UAD 3.6 products to all active appraiser profiles (opt-out available until January 14)

  • January 26: UAD 3.6 features go live on CMS

Profile Updates Services menu changed to Products; Service Schedules renamed to Product Schedules, with the ability to add legacy forms and UAD 3.6 products.

New Account Notification Users who have not yet indicated UAD 3.6 product coverage see reminder notifications.

Auto-Response Rules Module updated to configure rules for UAD 3.6 products.

New Account Creation Wizard Users can add both legacy forms and UAD 3.6 products during setup.

Looking Ahead (Q1 2026)

Planned work includes completing LOS integrations, adding data points to BI reporting, improving Log and Message tabs, updating revision request presentations, expanding module support for UAD 3.6, and integrating the new user guide tool.
