UAD 3.6 Command Center Fields, Vendor License Pagination, and Document Upload Fixes

Platform Enhancements

Command Center Live (CCL) [APPMOD-6349] UAD 3.6 fields have been added to CCL for use in rules development, including:

  • Attachment Type

  • Construction Method Type

  • ADU Count

  • Living Unit Excluding ADU Count

  • Rent Schedule Indicator

  • PUD Indicator

  • Land Owned In Common Indicator

Vendor Profile Licenses [APPMOD-6571] The licensing tab within Vendor Profiles now displays multiple licenses with pagination functionality, allowing users to browse beyond the previous 10-license limit.

Issue Resolutions

Legacy Forms Product Maintenance [APPMOD-7511] Fixed pagination in Administration → Product → Legacy Forms Maintenance to properly display 25, 50, or 100 items per page.

Vendor Profile Document Upload [APPMOD-6571] Resolved issues preventing successful uploads of driver's license and E&O documents to new Vendor Profiles.

Looking Ahead

Focus areas include UAD 3.6 appraisal workflow improvements, with January 2026 introducing new user guide documentation and AppraisalPort updates for appraiser profile confirmation.
